Challenger Acquisitions Limited changes name and ticker

Challenger Acquisitions Limited name has been changed to Cindrigo Holdings Limited (the Company) following shareholder approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 21st June 2021 and receipt of a Certificate of Change of Name from the Guernsey Registry.

Shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid for all purposes. Any new share certificates issued will bear the new name.

The readmission process of the Company’s shares to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange (by way of a Standard Listing under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules) and to trading on the London Stock Exchange’s Main Market for listed securities (the “Listing Application”) is ongoing. As part of this process, to reflect the change of name the Company has received approval for change of ticker to CINH.
