Appointment of Registrar
Cindrigo Holdings Limited (LSE: CINH) is pleased to announce the appointment of Avenir Registrars Limited (“Avenir”) as the Company’s registrar, effective today.
Discussions are on-going with Avenir regarding the issue of Consideration Shares required by the completion of the reverse takeover of Cindrigo Energy Limited by Cindrigo (then called Challenger Acquisitions Limited) and a further announcement in this regard will be made as soon as appropriate.
