Cindrigo is pleased to announce that it has entered into a £10 million convertible loan agreement with TriRi Asset Management Limited, a USA and Canada based investment firm.
The net proceeds of the unsecured loan will be used for items including the continuing development of the company’s existing Slatina 3 Project in Croatia.
